Hi!
I want to tell you that your work is amazing! Your gallery is full of beautiful art and useful resources.

About the brushes ; are they free? I mean, not in the "free of charge" way, but in the "Libre" way? Could I use it to make a free wallpaper?

PS; I use The Gimp (I'm a linux user and even if I had windows, Photoshop is really too expensive for me ^^) and it works fine, so thank you!

Brushes are totally free, commercial use as well.

That's generous! Thank you very much!!
And yes, since Gimp 2.6 (or 2.4 I'm not sure), Photoshop brushes work fine in The Gimp. And I have to say that I appreciate it, cuz the best brushes are those made in Photoshop!
